If you join our waitlist

We use your email address to keep you updated about THE AFTER HOURS, including our launch, upcoming experiences and related news. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

If you buy a ticket

We collect your name, your email address and the ticket you choose, and Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your full card details.

We use this information to carry out your purchase: to confirm your order, send your receipt and confirmation, manage entry to the event, tell you about changes to it and handle refunds. We also keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to operate our website, store our records, process payments and send communications, including Vercel, Stripe and Resend. Some of them may handle data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them for these purposes. We keep ticket and payment records for as long as the event and accounting rules require, which is generally 10 years for accounting records.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or exercise your other applicable data-protection rights, by contacting us at contact@theafterhours.lu. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority at cnpd.public.lu.
