Terms of Sale
The terms for your ticket.
These terms apply when you buy a ticket for an event organised by THE AFTER HOURS SARL-S ("we"), 51, Rue Baudouin, L-1218 Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B312866, VAT number LU37885874. You can reach us at contact@theafterhours.lu.
Tickets and prices
A ticket admits one person to the session you choose, on the date and at the venue shown on the event page, while places last.
Prices are in euros (EUR). The price depends on how many tickets have been sold, and the price shown before you pay is the final price. We currently apply Luxembourg's small-business VAT exemption, so we don't charge VAT.
Buying a ticket
We hold your place for about 30 minutes while you complete your payment. Your purchase is confirmed once the payment succeeds: you'll see a confirmation on the event page and receive a receipt and a confirmation by email.
Stripe processes payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
Coming to the event
Give the name on your booking at the entrance. We may ask to see your receipt.
Please tell the instructor about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before the session, and take part only if you're fit to do so. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Refunds, changes and cancellation
Because a ticket is for a leisure event on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases doesn't apply.
All sales are final. We don't refund tickets, including if you can't attend or you miss your session. You can pass your ticket to someone else: email us their name at least 24 hours before the event.
To switch to the other session, email us. We'll change your booking if that session has room.
The only exception is if we cancel the event, or move it to another date you can't make. We'll then refund your ticket in full to your original payment method. If we change the venue, your ticket stays valid.
Questions and disputes
If something goes wrong, email us at contact@theafterhours.lu and we'll try to put it right.
Luxembourg law applies to these terms. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live. If we can't resolve a complaint, consumers can contact the Luxembourg consumer mediator at mediateurconsommation.lu.
